Allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Shipping is free.

Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Other special handling, etc.) is available upon request at additional cost. Call Customer Service for quote (800-466-2596).

Return Policy

No shipments or merchandise may be returned to Arbor Glen Cabinet Company without prior written notice and approval. All return shipments must be prepaid unless instructed otherwise by Arbor Glen Cabinet Company management.

Please notify our customer service department (800-466-2596) with reason for your return, order number and product number of item you want to return. Goods should be returned within 15 days and must be in reasonable condition. All requests for returns and credits must be made within 60 days of delivery date. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.

Special orders and close-out items cannot be returned.

Damaged Goods Policy

All claims must be made in writing no later than 5 days from date of delivery to the customer. If packaging appears damaged, the customer must file the proper claim with carrier. Arbor Glen Cabinet Company is not liable for delivery or damage to merchandise while in transit. Failure to inform Arbor Glen Cabinet Company of any problems of said material shall be conclusive evidence the customer is satisfied with seller's performance.
